Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to purchase credits. You need permission to upload every photo you use, including permission from each person shown. You are responsible for keeping your account or checkout information secure.

You may use finished videos for personal and commercial social content, subject to the platform rules where you publish and the rights of any person, location, music, or brand shown. You may not use the service to impersonate someone, mislead viewers, imply an endorsement, create sexual or violent content, harass another person, or violate law.

AI video is probabilistic. Results may contain artifacts, unexpected motion, or differences from the source photos. We do not guarantee a particular likeness, artistic result, reach, engagement, or platform approval. You should review every render before publishing.

Do not upload a public figure, celebrity, minor, or private person without the required consent. Do not use generated output to make false statements, promote a product or political message, or place a person in a misleading context.

Video renders consume credits at the price shown in the interface, based on the selected quality tier and video length. Each visitor may receive one free watermarked 6-second Fast Preview per day, subject to server-side IP, visitor, and daily budget limits. One-time credit packs do not create a subscription and paid credits do not expire unless required by law or stated at purchase. Failed jobs that do not return an output and are not caused by misuse are eligible for an automatic credit restoration.

We may pause generation, change third-party models, impose fair-use limits, or modify features to protect service quality and control cost. We aim to give notice of material changes when practical.

You retain your rights to the photos you upload. You give us a limited license to process those photos and create the requested output. As between you and Hotel Lobby AI, you may use the output you lawfully generate, subject to third-party rights and these terms.

The Hotel Lobby AI name, interface, copy, and original site materials belong to their respective owners. The service is not affiliated with CapCut, TikTok, any music label, or any artist referenced in a trend description.

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses. Our aggregate liability relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

We may update these terms as the service changes. The updated date at the top of this page shows the latest revision. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions can be sent to support@hotellobbyai.com.
